This interactive seminar explores how simulations can support teaching, learning and capability building in Takt Planning & Takt Control (TPTC).
The seminar demonstrates how learning journeys can be designed through different simulation formats — starting from deliberately chaotic production scenarios and progressively improving through continuous improvement and structured Takt-based approaches. Participants will experience how simulations can make production behavior, workflow dependencies and the impact of Takt principles visible and understandable in a practical and engaging way.
The session also highlights how simulation formats can be adapted to different learning objectives, target groups and training contexts within construction organizations — supporting not only project-level implementation, but also broader organizational transformation and the development of internal Takt expertise.

After the seminar, all participants receive the comprehensive GLCI seminar materials, an individual photo documentation of the day including the results developed, as well as a certificate of participation.
Minimum number of participants
To ensure your learning success and provide sufficient room for exchange and interaction, the number of participants is generally limited to 15 people. A minimum of 10 participants is required to achieve the learning objectives of the seminar “Fundamentals of Takt Planning and Takt Control.” We reserve the right to cancel the seminar 10 working days before the start if this minimum number is not reached. Any fees already paid will be refunded.
