International Forum on Takt Planning and Takt Control
Welcome to the European Takt Summit
The first European Takt Summit in Munich offers a wide range of opportunities over two days to exchange ideas with European Takt experts. With technical talks and a panel discussion on the first day and Takt workshop sessions on the second day. The TAKT FORUM brings the experts together. We look forward to your participation.

o Klaus Hauser, GLCI
# 1: Data‑Driven TAKT at the M14 Signe Project in Helsinki
o Niklas Huitti, Jatke Finnland
This presentation explores how Jatke integrated takt production with a data-driven management approach to create a stable and transparent production flow in the M14 Signe office and retail project in a complex city-centre environment. The session covers the TAKT supporting system architecture and explains how data flows between the different systems used for planning and controlling production. It describes the workflow from rule-based BIM enrichment in Simplebim to quantity-driven takt planning in TAKT.ing, and how planned resources, access control records, and status updates are integrated into a unified production overview. In addition to the takt plan itself, the session examines how daily production management is organized on site, including the takt playbook, subcontractors’ status reporting, and the use of floor-specific takt displays to identify and address deviations efficiently. Finally, the presentation also introduces Jatke’s own takt production theme, used on site to support shared motivation and maintain a consistent production rhythm.
# 2: Takt and digital change management in an organisation
o Bart Audenaert, Cordeel Belgium
# 3: Kick off Takt in Denmark
o Michael Johansen, AG Gruppen Denmark
10:30 | Coffee break and networking | TAKT FORUM
11:30 | Session 2 / Keynote speeches
# 4: Takting sustainability
o Benjamin Pleuser, Processboards
The construction industry is one of the main drivers of emissions and material use worldwide. Analysing and optimizing embodied carbon emissions using a life cycle assesment can be complex and time-consuming; at the same time the data available is incomplete and construction processes on-site are rarely taken into account. Due to the data-driven foundation of Taktplanning, analyses regarding emissions, waste or even disassembly potential can be conducted efficiently and at scale. This presentation aims to provide insights into the methodological approach for such analyses.
# 5: Comparison of a traditional and a Takt project
o Willam Powers PhD, Ireland
# 6: Takt analytics - construction reporting in the age of data
o Saskia Erler, BMW AG
o Paulina Gollee, BMW AG
# 7: Building Flow from Standard Work Packages
o Lauri Tomunen, Costium Oy, Helsinki Finland
Lauri Tomunen will share insights on how standardized takt sequences enable flow, stability, and high‑performance project execution.
13:00 | Lunch and networking | TAKT FORUM
14:00 | Session 3 / Keynote speeches
# 8: Takt experience from a Norwegian client
o Hans Thomas Holm, Statsbygg, Norway
Hans Thomas Holm provides examples and experiences from his own projects as a client, Statsbygg in Norway: the Academy of Art and Design in Bergen and the Life Science project in Oslo. He also offers insights into the importance of takt planning and takt management after having followed the four months court case between an electrical contractor and their client at a mega project in the city of Stavanger.
# 9: dreso.ai - Takt
o Dr. Selim-Tuğra Demir, Drees & Sommer SE
o Sebastian Bludau, Drees & Sommer SE
# 10: Takt planning of a new car assembly
o Livia Lippl, BMW AG
15:00 | Coffee break and networking at TAKT FORUM
16:00 | Session 4 / Keynote speeches and panel discussion

The breaks take place at the same time as the breaks of the German program modules. Participants meet for exchange of experiences and networking at the TAKT FORUM, our space for interaction and discussion about innovations and best practices in successful takt planning and takt control.
Programme changes are subject to change.
A minimum of 10 participants is required for the seminars in order to ensure effective learning outcomes. If this minimum is not reached, seminars may be cancelled up to 10 working days before the start of the event. The maximum number of participants is 15.
